Felicia Logan is the Leadership Development Director at the International City/County Management Association (ICMA) located in Washington, DC. In that capacity, she is ICMA University Team Leader and provides leadership and management development activities for ICMA members, including the Voluntary Credentialing Program, Senior Executive Series, Leadership ICMA and the Emerging Leaders series.

A member of the first class of women to be admitted to the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, Felicia received both her B.A. and M.A. from that institution. Accomplishments include her 2003 graduation from the Senior Executive Institute in Charlottesville, Virginia and the Innovation Group sponsored School for Leadership and Change.

In 1990, she graduated from the Covey Leadership Institute in Sundance, Utah, and from the Federal Executive Institute in Charlottesville, Virginia in 1987. Felicia is married and makes her home in Richmond, Virginia with her husband, Mark. She telecommutes between Richmond and ICMA’s Washington, DC office on a weekly basis.

She is passionate about leadership development and coaching and is a regular at the Weldon Cooper Center’s leadership and management activities.
