Should conference and/or pre-conference cancellation be necessary, written refund requests (by fax or mail) must be received by the Alliance for Innovation by midnight, May 1, 2010 for full refund of registration fees minus $50 cancellation fee. No refunds will be made after May 1, 2010. Substitutes are welcomed and encouraged any time with no additional charge or fee.
